About Elite Fallis Windows
Building windows that last generations, not just years
Our story
Elite Fallis Windows began in 2012 with a simple observation: the windows being installed in new homes weren't built to last.
Our founder, James Fallis, spent fifteen years working for major window manufacturers. He saw firsthand how cost-cutting measures compromised quality. How installation teams rushed jobs to meet quotas. How homeowners were left dealing with failures just years after installation.
So he started his own company with a different philosophy: build windows the way they should be built, even if it takes longer and costs more.
What we believe
We believe that windows are one of the most important elements of your home. They affect how warm you are, how much you pay in energy bills, how quiet your home feels, and how it looks from the street.
They deserve more attention than they typically get.
That's why we:
- Spend more time on surveys than our competitors
- Use construction methods that take longer but last decades
- Train our installers for months before they work on customer properties
- Stand behind our work with guarantees we actually honour
Our team
We're a small team. That's deliberate.
We'd rather turn down work than compromise on quality. Every installer has at least five years of experience. Every surveyor can explain not just what we do, but why we do it that way.
When you work with Elite Fallis, you're not dealing with a call centre or a franchise. You're working with people who care about the outcome because their name is on it.
Our approach
We don't do hard selling. We don't offer discounts that expire at midnight. We don't pressure you into decisions.
Instead, we explain what you need, why you need it, and what it will cost. Then we let you decide.
If you choose to work with us, we'll treat your home the way we'd treat our own. If you don't, we'll wish you well and mean it.
